Make a bowl of couscous mix through some Preserved Lemon Chutney and dice some cucumber, tomatoes, onion, chilli and coriander. It makes a delicious side dish to simple pan fried fish, chicken or even a steak.
Take some salmon fillets spoon a table spoon of the Preserve Lemon Chutney over each fillet then bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 210 degrees celsius until the Salmon is cooked through. (You may need to give it a few more minutes if you like you salmon a bit more well done). Serve with a nice side salad
