Garlic Chilli Butter

· Recipes

A really simple easy way to use our Garlic Chilli Pastes is to mix them with some soft butter. For every 100g of butter (we prefer unsalted) you use we tend to use 20g of Garlic Chilli Paste but you can increase or decrease depending on if you use the mild, medium or extra hot Garlic Chilli Paste and what you are thinking about using the butter for. Once the Garlic Chilli Paste and butter are thoroughly mixed place in some cling film roll it to create a sausage shape this butter can be stored in your fridge for up to 3 days or in your freezer for up to a month.

This butter has many uses and there are a few below just to get you going:-

  • on top of a simple pan fried steak
  • tossed through some boiled veg
  • make vegetable ribbons (using a peeler) and lightly fry in the butter
  • add into the final 5 minutes of roast potatoes
  • use to flavour soups
  • toss it through warm pasta
  • garlic bread
If you have any more ideas please feel free to leave them in the comments we love to hear what you do.
